This was the complete building conversion and refurbishment to form four high class residential units from an existing run down building which was locally important.
As part of the works, the building was re roofed, structural and fitting out works were taken to a high standard to form four high quality apartments set in landscape gardens of over an acre.
This was the finishing work of conversion to a two story coach house which was formed from original stabling and which formed part of the larger grove which fronts onto Croxley Green.
The company had been intrusted earlier to undertake planning and building regulations together with project supervision and the conversion and refurbishment of The Grove into four bespoke residential units. Additionally the main roof space to the Grove was converted into a three bedroom bespoke flat, the coach house development required a sensitive approach to create a two bedroom unit and the work encompassed all planning, building regulation, party wall work and the liaison with Defra and the local bat specialist to form an enclosed bat space within the roof space.
The project was completed on time and within budget within 6 months.
